Delete Your Data

How to request deletion of your KalshiTrader account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete from the App

You can disconnect your account and delete your data directly within the KalshiTrader app:

  1. Open KalshiTrader
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Tap Disconnect Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This immediately removes your account, encrypted credentials, and associated data from our servers.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by email:

Send an email to bmccorkle@lesos.io

Include the email address associated with your KalshiTrader account so we can locate your data.

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Data That Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your user account record
  • Encrypted Kalshi credentials (passwords and API keys)
  • Subscription data
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification) token
  • Market category preferences
  • Trading kill-switch state

Data Retained or Managed Separately

Some data is managed by third-party services and follows their respective retention policies:

Sentry Crash Logs

Automatically expire after approximately 90 days. Contains device and error information only — no financial data.

PostHog Analytics

Anonymized usage patterns. Not linked to your personal identity.

Google Play Billing Records

Managed entirely by Google. You can manage these through your Google Play account.
